You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at info@aurorajewelsworld.co.uk. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

• We offer free shipping on orders above ₦150,000 within the UK
• Standard UK delivery: 3–5 business days
• International delivery: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs)
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

07 Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:

• Unworn and undamaged
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
• Not personalised or custom-made items

To initiate a return, email us at info@aurorajewelsworld.co.uk with your order number. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

08 Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

09 Discount Codes & Promotions

• Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value
